The house consists of 240 square meters. On the ground floor you can find the kitchen, where was once the house of the patron of the street: ‘Francisco Escaneo’. It has been completely renewed. On the first floor you can find a big living room with a bathroom on the same floor. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house has a nice garden with another 240 m2, most of it is covered by a vineyard, assuring a nice place to relax outside.
You can find the old cornstalks typical for Galicia. It is giving authenticity of the house.

It is situated 5 minutes walk from the center of Bueu where you can find pharmacies, supermarkets, private shops and stations to Cangas del Morazo or Pontevedra, where you can take a boat to Vigo and Pontevedra. These are the two closest towns, assuring an easy connection to every point in Spain and Europe. The house is located next to the local fish market
