It is made up of nine provinces, \u00c1vila, Burgos, Le\u00f3n, Palencia, Salamanca, Segovia, Soria, Valladolid and Zamora and stands out for being one of the Spanish regions with the greatest cultural, heritage, ethnographic and natural wealth and where the first traces are found of the Spanish language.<\/p>\n<p>Castilla y Le\u00f3n is a region of contrasts, and the region&#8217;s environmental richness, diversity and quality mean that its landscape of mountains, valleys, lakes, plains, canyons and gorges comprises one of the most important geographical spaces of the Peninsula and one of the regions of greatest biodiversity in the whole of Europe.<\/p>\n<p>We are talking, therefore, about land of high ecological value, where endangered vegetable and animal species offer a beautiful spectacle to the tourist.
