A charming house

Charming house, recently completely restored (the roof is new and the house has been raised between 30 and 40 cm from the ground to avoid moisture), 240 m. The house is divided into three levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower with hydromassage. The floor is stoneware. On the first floor there are two large rooms (18 m), a large bathroom, and a living room of more than 40 m. (the floor is made of wood). And on the third level we have the loft, 40 m, and wooden floor. All the roofs of the house are made of wood. It also has a room for the washing machine and toilet utensils; a paved patio of more than 200 m; two blocks for implements or storage rooms; front terrace, garden and parking for several cars. The house has propane heating but in addition to this it has a pellet stove installed on the ground floor, which heats the whole house (the house is very hot). With high ceilings and large spaces, the house invites to the meeting and share. It is located in a small nucleus of houses and surrounded by countryside, but it is located five minutes from Gijón and three minutes from the first beach (which is followed by numerous beaches and fishing villages). Candás is 7 km away, Avilés at 20 and Oviedo at 25. It has a bus stop five minutes walk. The house has a rustic style and at the same time modern, casual and very warm. All of it breathes warmth and tranquility. Only by being in it can you verify it.
