House and stables located in the mountain town of Velilla de la Tercia, to 1,100 meters of altitude, in the Cordillera Cantábrica mountain range, belongs to the Municipality of Villamanín, in the province of León. The village, with just 8 houses, it is ideal to find peace, to work in the field, enjoy the mountain, the walks, the rivers, the pure air…
The town, located in the north of Spain has cold winters and heavy snowfall. In the summer with numerous days of sunshine and good weather with temperatures between 25-30 degrees. The spring becomes green and yellow colors intense. The fall is multi-coloured in beech forests. Because of its important nature and the way of life of the people, the area was declared a Biosphere Reserve. Surrounded by mountains that exceed 2,000 metres in altitude, with many mountain routes and climbing areas to 15 minutes.
Velilla de la Tercia is located two kilometers from the town of Villamanín, capital of the municipality where it has:
• City council for the administrative procedures necessary.
• Train stop. Line Gijón-León-Madrid.
• Bus stop. Line Villamanín-Lion.
• Foods supermarkets, butchers, bars and restaurants.
• Factories of sausages, hams, cold cuts…
• Truck removes snow to open the access roads to their villages.
The house consists of two floors:
Ground floor with garage-workshop, living room and small office.
First floor with spacious kitchen – dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
