Asturian house from the s. eighteenth

Restored Asturian mansion from the 18th century, located in the village of Caraduxe, 3 km from Santa Eulalia de Oscos. The renovated house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a square tower of Vizcaino origin (30 m2) with original wooden floors and ceilings from the 16th century. XVIII and balcony with wooden balustrade, as well as a heating fireplace that heats the sanitary water and heating. The kitchen-dining room has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cooker and wood-burning cooker, also heated. The house has a habitable mezzanine with an area of 30 m2 and a Lareira of 34 m2 (fire at ground level, framed by wooden benches), with a wood oven, plus another 40 m2 of unreformed housing with the possibility of making a apartment with independent entrance/exit of the house. The entire surface of the house has on the ground floor the old stables (123 m2), in the lower part of the tower three semicircular arches can be glimpsed. The farmhouse has two blocks attached, one of them with two floors (29 m2, with the possibility of building an apartment) as well as a chapel of Baroque origin from the 18th century. The orchard of about 600 m2 has apple trees, plum trees, hazelnut trees, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and a chicken coop.
